Our cover story was an interview with ITEX CEO Spike Humer, in which he shared his company’s plans for an ambitious franchising program. Humer explained that he, along with the management team, was intent on bringing about a cultural change within the company. A necessary move, according to Humer, if the company’s undervalued stock was to move upward.

Another informative piece focused on Jack Zufelt’s shattering of the popular beliefs about success...which the noted author and speaker felt were all wrong. Quite an eye-opening treatise! CPA David Tuttle shared his expertise on the subject “Audit Proofing Your Business.” The feature article, explaining how to turn hotel vacancies into profits, provided an excellent focus for anyone in the hotel business.
